Matt Tapert is Vice President of StoneTapert Insurance Services. He is responsible for the firm’s Small Group clients, as well as individuals within those groups who have signed on for individual and Medicare plans. He sees his role as being a resource to support and help clients when they need perspective, insight and counsel. From providing insight on healthcare plan options to resources for HR issues and compliance, Matt has been guiding client firms for over 20 years.
Starting outside of the industry with stints on an oil tanker and in the sound department of a Hollywood movie company, Matt chose to pursue his insurance license and join the family firm so that he could connect with and help people with a service that provides value.
A native of the Foothills of Southern California, Matt is married and has a young daughter.
