Joann Montanez is Director of Finance and Office Manager for StoneTapert Insurance Services. She is responsible for managing the critical ‘behind the scenes’ functions that support the office. Joann handles the accounting, payroll, licensing and contracting, and all day-to-day needs that keep the business running smoothly. Known for her high energy and great multi-tasking skills, Joann manages requests, deadlines and change effortlessly.
A veteran business manager and former bank manager, Joann was recruited from Washington Mutual to take on this key role. Her presence and ability to manage the business allows other StoneTapert team members to focus on client and workforce priorities.
Joann is a native of the Foothills area of Southern California where she still lives with her husband. She has two daughters, one lives locally, and one is currently living her dream job – in Spain. Down time is spent spoiling her two grandsons and watching them play sports.
